Meet Hubert Stolarski, Our New Baker from Poland

HUBERT STOLARSKI JOINED US IN APRIL AND HE IS THE LATEST ADDITION TO OUR BAKERY TEAM.
Hubert is from Lublin, in Poland, where he has been a craft baker for 15 years. He trained for five years as an apprentice before he was officially qualified as a Baker in Poland.
Polish sweet bread is known as Drozdzowka and is traditionally served with cheeses and fruits or chutney in Poland. We offer several varieties containing raisins, cinnamon, jams, apples and flaked nuts.
