BURNT SUGAR Traditional Fudges and Sweets Burnt Sugar is a small family business based in Beverley, East Yorkshire specialising in the creation of handmade ‘burnt sugar’ or caramel sweets. Our range comprises: Smashing Toffees, Clotted Cream Fudge, Natural Vanilla Fudge, Strawberry & White Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Crumbly Fudge and Handmade Coconut Ice. These are all available in 250g shareable tubs.
JETHRO’S Marinades and Sauces Jethro’s are based in Brighton, East Sussex, and specialise in creating natural marinades and sauces. These are particularly suitable for marinating and accompanying food prepared for the barbecue. Equally they may be added to casseroles or slow cooking dishes for added flavour and tenderness. The range comprises a mouth-watering array of tempting combinations.
FLAVOURS OF THE WORLD by Zeina Foods Produced by a small family company based in Ossett, near Wakefield, the range of luxury flavoured nuts and Belgian chocolate coated berries are rather special. The berries, individually freeze dried to retain flavour and coated in luxury chocolate, are available in 175g packs. The range of nuts, with three varieties, are blended with natural flavours and spices, retailing in 200g packs.
GORDONS Luxury Sauces and Condiments Gordons Fine Foods is a family run business with over 25 years experience in the manufacturing of luxury condiments and sauces. They are now back on the shelves with a contemporary new look and some interesting new lines. Our range comprises: Dijon Mustard with Chablis, Hot English Mustard, Wholegrain Mustard with Black Pepper, Tewkesbury Mustard, Creamed Horseradish, Mint Sauce with Aged Balsamic Vinegar, Redcurrant with Port, Green Chilli Jelly, Lemongrass with Kaffir Lime Leaf Jelly and Organic Mint Sauce. Seasonal lines will be available nearer Christmas. |
