Blacker Hall Expansion

The new bakery and butchery production building is now towering over car park fence! We have designed this building in keeping with the style of the rest of the farm. This extra space will allow us to increase our range of products and satisfy the demand created by the new coffee shop/restaurant.
State of the art equipment will be installed to increase our range of home produced foods. The oven capacity will increase dramatically, ensuring a consistent supply to both the shop and the new coffee shop/restaurant. A new smoker will enable us to produce our very own range of smoked meats,hams, sausages, chickens etc. Other equipment will enable us to increase our range of chutnies and jams, ensuring you can trully enjoy the taste of Blacker Hall.
The fully licensed coffee shop/restaurant, as yet un-named, is due to open in August 2010. There will be hot and cold food, catered meeting facilities for up to 30 people,disabled access,children's play facilities,an elevated seating area, outside seating area,themed evenings with local guest chefs and of course wine tasting evenings.
